Elk River Mobile Home Park is an established community of neighbors who respect and care for each other. With many families throughout the park, our residents conduct a Community Watch Program to ensure everyone's safety. Residents are expected to honor Quiet Hours and new residents must pass a federal background check as part of the application process.
On Site Maintenance Crew and Office Staff
Our dedicated team is onsite and available to you Monday-Friday to make our community your home. Our maintenance crew offers lawn maintenance services and maintains all roads during the winter months.

From small RVs to large trailers and double-wides, Elk River Mobile Home Park in Charleston offers lots that fit your need. We are the only trailer park in Charleston that can facilitate a 16’ x 80’ trailer. Double lot rental is also available at a reduced price. Rent is collected monthly.
Hook-up, Setup, Settle In
Our lots are ready for you! Trailer and Manufactured Home underground hook-ups are readily available and include gas, water, sewage and electric. For Camper and RV residents, our adaptable riser is configured for you with water hose hook-up and high amp breaker.
Country Living Close to Charleston
Conveniently located near Yeager Airport and the Air National Guard base, Elk River MHP's wooded lots offer secluded country living near the Elk River with city conveniences only a few minutes away! Each lot offers off-street parking. If you don't own a vehicle you can easily walk to Big Chimney for shopping or take a KRT bus to Charleston.

At Elk River Mobile Home Park, we are happy to accommodate your furry friends. That's why our lots are pet friendly with the ability to fence-in. We also welcome green thumb gardeners to brighten up the neighborhood. Our tenants maintain their yards with a great deal of pride.
